Hello. I’m Matt Woods.
Principal product designer and design leader. I work on products and services that have to be clear for the people using them and coherent for the organisation behind them — whether that is a new venture, a complex platform, or something that has become hard to understand, operate or trust.
I design the proposition, the service, the interaction and the first version that actually works. Sometimes that means starting from nothing. More often it means taking something that has drifted and making it precise again.
